Better is Better, LLC Home Care Agency is a non-medical agency, licensed in the State of Pennsylvania to provide in-home daily-living care to individuals with physical and/or behavioral limitations. We are always looking for individuals who possess compassion, patience, reliability and integrity for their fellow human being. We are all in this world together and for each other. Requirements
- Passing background check
- Negative Step 1 TB test with follow up Step 2 TB
- Age 18 or older
- Competency exam passing grade (test taken at interview & provided by Better is Better, LLC HCA)
- Proof of consistent PA residency for 2 yrs OR fingerprinting (appt. set up by Better is Better, LLC HCA)
- I-9 documentation approval (ss card, right-to-work document, passport, PA state ID, active PA driver ID)
- 90 day Probationary period from starting date (no call-offs, no-shows, or no-calls)
- active email address on file
- smart phone technology with reliable signal “service”
